The program is designed to strengthen customer relationships and expand cloud sales opportunities by enabling partners to provide direct billing, sell combined offers and services, as well as directly provision, manage and support products and services.
Starting today Xecunet owns the complete customer lifecycle, allowing it to easily sell Windows Office 365 as well as Microsoft Skype for Business and helping customers take advantage of Microsoft cloud services by owning the entire billing process and directly managing support. In addition, Xecunet is able to bundle Office 365 and Skype for Business with other Xecunet solutions such as Altigen MaxHosted VoIP communications systems.
