>> LRC XC is open to all youth between the ages of 4 and
14

>> League meets are usually
on Sundays with course walks typically at 12:30 PM
>> Season runs
from late August through October

- Team format consisting of 5 to 8 runners in
single age groups (e.g.
12 year olds)

Practice equipment:

with Coach Darcy if you need guidance)
– lightweight shorts and shirt for warm weather
running
– appropriate gear for cold weather running (e.g.
sweatshirt, tights, hat, and gloves)
– water bottle containing water or sport drink
