2 1/2 oz orange juice; 1 1/4 oz pineapple juice; 1 1/4 oz cranberry juice; 2 scoops vanilla ice cream; 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
Mix in blender until smooth. Serve in a glass with an orange slice and a strawberry.
Mai-Tai
1/2 cup pineapple juice; 1/4 cup orange juice; 1/4 cup club soda; 1 tbs cream of coconut; 1 tbs grenadine syrup
In shaker or tall glass, combine ingredients; shake or stir to blend. Add crushed ice.
Pina Not-A-Colada
6 oz pineapple juice; 1 oz coconut cream; 1 oz cream; 4-6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Tropical Cooler (3 quarts)
1 - 6oz can frozen orange juice concentrate; 1 - 6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate; 1 qt apple juice; 2 qt ginger ale - chilled
Combine orange juice, lemonade, and apple juice; mix well. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale.
Strawberry-Watermelon Slush (5 servings)
2 cups cubed, seeded watermelon; 1/2 cup lemon juice; 1 pint fresh strawberries; 2 cups ice cubes; 1/2 cup granulated sugar; mint leaves, watermelon chucks and strawberries for garnish.
In blender combine watermelon, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Blend well. Gradually add ice cubes, blending until mixture is thinned to taste. Garnish with mint and fruit.
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
1/2 oz frozen lemonade concentrate; 1/2 oz grenadine; 2 oz water; 3-4 fresh strawberries; 3-4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
