| Each adult leader in a Cub Scout Pack has a
defined position. Effective, coordinated leadership requires that leaders understand
their own position requirements as well as those with whom they interact. To promote
a uniform understanding of Cub Scout goals, methods, positions, and responsibility a
training path for each position has been developed. The list below shows the training paths and the courses to be completed. However- Extra training is always a good idea and enhances Pack activities.
