| Each adult leader in a Boy Scout Troop has a defined position. Effective, coordinated leadership requires that leaders understand their own position requirements as well as those with whom they interact. To promote a uniform understanding of Boy Scout goals, methods, positions, and responsibility a training path for each position has been developed. The list below shows the training paths and the courses to be completed. However- Extra training is always a good idea and enhances Troop activities.
