Tax Cuts Help Whom? pt 2

Bush's ill conceived tax plan was recently passed. While there is a lot of press about how much money will go to individuals and citizens. What isn't being said is how much was lost in order to make this tax cut possible. I watched a family talk with CNN on how they would receive more of their pay check and would receive $1200 for their three children and were going to be as bad off immediately as before. They also detailed how much worse it could get. In order to pay for this tax cut, Bush cut out social services and money to states. If we don't consider the social services lost, the lost state money clearly affects individuals. CNN showed a clear relationship between the states losing federal money and the rise of local and state taxes. In the long run, this tax cut will cost the average individual more money than they will get from this one time tax cut. Aren't your property taxes already increasing? With states entering their 4th year of deficit government spending nation-wide, local taxes will keep increasing taxes and removing services. Meanwhile the national debt is about $6.5 trillion. Just a reminder, we actually had money 3 years ago.
