Rojeana is the oldest child of her family. Her father was widowed when she was fifteen. She was responsible for the younger children, all ten of them. She hated every minute of it. She did not like to have to always be the good girl as her father would call her. When her brother was fifteen, she was seventeen. She left him in charage of the children and ran away. She just could not stand it any longer. She left with the clothes that she was wearing and one other outfit was all she had. She was literally running for hours. She did not want to get caught by her father or brother.
She ran into an area that she had been warned against. She was told that this area was full of strange creatures and happenings. She didn't care. She was free to do as she wished, and she wished to be away. She found a strange man in a stranger wagon. The wagon was painted orange with purple poke-a-dots. After that her memory is fuzzy. She can not remember what happened for the next couple of months. All she knows is that she can not cast spells and control the wild magic around her. She does not know how or why this happened, and she wants to find out.
During one of her jobs, she was down in the sewers of Waterdeep when she was attacked by something that seemed to nearly killed her. Whatever it was it killed her familiar. She awoke in a clean bedroom alive and well. She did not know where she was or why. She started to cry at the loss of her familiar. The ache in her heart was nearly unbearable. A polite knock on the door roused her fully. She was asked to come out for breakfast. She quickly dressed and went to see who was helping her. That was when she met her current employer Kelbin Blackstaff. He told her that she had died, and he had resurrected her. She somehow doubted that but kept her peace. He told her that he wanted her to do a task for him as repayment. She had to spy on the Zhentrum for him. He wanted to know what they were up to. She agreed and left later that night.
